Our story

Saudi Bugshan is one of the largest business groups in the Middle East and North Africa, headquartered in Jeddah. Built on a family trading history of more than 90 years, it works across consumer goods, automotive, real estate, healthcare, education, security and defense.

S&A is the group’s food & beverage company. Since 2019 we have brought brands we are passionate about to Saudi Arabia and the UAE — and built the teams and sites to grow them.
